Residents of Wigtownshire were treated to a heart-warming display of community spirit this week, as the Galloway Action Team joined forces with Incredible Edibles and pupils from Stranraer Academy Learning Centre to plant apple trees at McMasters Road Park.

Norval Dampney from Incredible Edibles provided expert guidance on planting techniques, while enthusiastic pupils from Stranraer Academy Learning Centre eagerly rolled up their sleeves to help position and plant the young trees.
